FAQs

All ITS Agencies are required to have an IATA license, to demonstrate substantial experience and reputation with corporate and/or MICE clients, and to have robust IT security processes in place.

You will be asked to fill out an application form.

ITS Agencies pay an annual fee related to their level of membership.

Once we have agreed terms, and the products/services you require, ITS will provide you with a fully documented implementation process and project plan that guides you and your technical and operational staff throughout the process. A dedicated ITS Implementation Manager will be appointed to scope the project and to assist you from the outset through to testing and ‘Go Live’.

Sales opportunities are managed by a Lead Country. The Lead Country is also referred to as the Managing Agency and is responsible for Global Account Management.

The Lead Country coordinates other ITS Agencies when there is an international element to a sales opportunity.

The Lead Country in a sales opportunity chooses which international ITS Agencies it wants to place business, though there are exceptions based on membership levels.

If there are both ITS Members and ITS Partners in a country, the Partner always gets priority.
